PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Robin Fisher joined Newmark Knight Frank in 2004 as an associate. Ms. Fisher specializes in the tenant representation of legal, business consulting and financial services firms, as well as national non-profit organizations. In addition, she contributes to the corporate advisory team that represents the most prestigious financial services firms worldwide, including The Blackstone Group, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley.
In her first two years at Newmark Knight Frank, Ms. Fisher completed a record number of transactions with clients throughout the tri-state area. Her clientele includes Hale and Hearty Soups, LLC; Biflex Intimates Group, LLC; American ORT & Women’s American ORT (Both members of ORT America); GG Digital Inc.; Emancipation Capital, LLC; Annex Capital Management LLC; iDNA Inc (formerly known as National Auto Credit), Imagetech, LLC; CarbonBased Consulting; Vitreous Retina Macula Consultants of New York; Leffler, Marcus & McCaffrey, LLP and Kreisberg & Maitland, LLP. Ms. Fisher has also recently completed the acquisition of approximately 20,000 rsf at 712 Fifth Avenue on behalf of Peterson Management LLC, a newly formed non-profit foundation.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fisher worked at The Blackstone Group and Cushman & Wakefield. The Blackstone Group provided her with a background in both research as well as real estate investments that brings an invaluable perspective to her work. At Cushman & Wakefield, she gained experience in analysis and market trend projection that is essential to creating long-term real estate solutions for her clients.
Ms. Fisher is a member of REBNY and YMWREA (Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association). She currently serves on the Board of the Financial Women’s Association, and Co-Chairs its Emerging leaders Committee. She is a member of the Women’s Association of Venture and Equity; 100 Women in Hedge Funds; ORT America. Ms. Fisher volunteers her time to The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as The Pajama Program where she reads to homeless children several times a year. She is involved with the Partnership for Student Advancement and serves on the junior board of the American liver Foundation.
EDUCATION
At Cornell University, Ms. Fisher double majored in Spanish and American Studies, receiving her BA in American Studies. A Dean’s List student, she is proficient in Spanish.
